Our Identity Governance and Administration solutions help medium to large enterprise clients secure access to on-premises and cloud-based applications (including services like Office 365 and third-party SaaS applications) while improving operational efficiencies and decreasing security risks. This is achieved by allowing non-technical staff without privileged access or accounts to receive authority to reset passwords, release intruder lockout, create accounts, create distribution lists, enable/disable accounts, manage group memberships and email distribution lists – across multiple cloud services and on-premises application – with a full audit trail.

We offer a comprehensive set of services that include:

  • Consulting Services – Consulting services are provided to implement custom IGA solutions based on the Identity Maestro platform. These services include current state reviews, proof of technology, and pilot project initiation.
    1. Current State Review – Carry out a high-level and gap review of current IGA and related solutions, processes and workflows for core systems (cloud-based and/or on-premises). Determine how Identity Maestro-based solutions can close those gaps and maximize your overall IGA strategy.  Identity Maestro improves customers’ efficiency by enhancing and integrating current processes and solutions into Identity Maestro’s flexible delivery model. The objective is to deliver functionality that supports improved total cost of ownership (TCO) and delivers an improved return of investment (ROI) across your environment.
    2. Identity Maestro Proof of Technology – Review your system requirements and, based on them being in place, help you plan, install and configure your Identity Maestro-based custom solution to allow you to manage your key identity and email systems. The object of the Identity Maestro Proof of Technology is to confirm Identity Maestro compatibility with your systems, in your environment before proceeding with the initial Proof of Concept trial.
    3. Proof of Concept (PoC) – Carry out an initial trial and testing in a lab environment with a PoC for specific tasks to provide delegated account Manage, Create, Self-service, Audit and Integrated Workflow. The primary objective is to confirm the Critical Success Requirements to be signed off before moving to a Pilot Project Phase.
    4. UAT Pilot Project. Move Identity Maestro to your User Acceptance Testing environment to allow for the delegated administration of directory and email systems and sign-off on the identified Critical Success Requirements.
  • Development – The Identity Maestro Development team is available for custom development work that includes creating customization to support extend connectivity to and management of additional applications and services.
  • Integration Services – Our team helps you connect Identity Maestro to your critical directory and email systems. Plus, we will help you configure delegated account management tasks for your cloud and on-premises CRM, ERP, HR, and other business systems – without elevated privileges and access required in the target systems for the execution of the delegated tasks.
  • Professional Services – Customers are provided with a 6-hour “Get Started Bundle” (GSB) which provides an Identity Maestro Support Specialist for 6 hours of dedicated, real-time, online assistance to install, license, configure and test Identity Maestro’s modules and provide introductory configuration training for the team implementing Identity Maestro.
  • Support Services – Identity Maestro’s annual subscription price includes 12 months of software maintenance, upgrades and support. During you subscription period, you receive free upgrades to any new minor changes or releases with access during regular business hours to free phone and email support.
